Paul Fisher is a licensed loan officer in the Texas branch of Assurance Financial. Assurance Financial is a direct lending mortgage banker. Paul is a native Texan with roots in West Texas and has clients and referral partners all over the Lone Star State. He currently lives in the North Dallas area.
