Description
The East Collin County Women's Conference returns for another year of empowerment, connection, and inspiration, this time with a bold new theme: Trailblazers -- From Pioneers to Powerhouses.
This year, we celebrate the fearless women who break barriers, challenge the status quo, and forge new paths for future generations. Whether you're an entrepreneur, a corporate leader, a community advocate, or just beginning your journey, this conference is designed to ignite your passion, expand your network, and equip you with the tools to lead with confidence.
We're thrilled to welcome back Allie Spillyards, NBC5 reporter, as this year's emcee, guiding us through a powerful lineup of speakers and moments that inspire as we explore what it truly means to be a Trailblazer in today's world.
- Mallory Smith: An accomplished entrepreneur and operations consultant, Mallory will present "Redefining Failure as Learning Curves", sharing insights on transforming setbacks into opportunities for growth.
- Debra Austin: Founder of Chaos2Results, Debra will discuss "More Than Just Busy: Get More of What Matters Done", offering strategies to prioritize effectively and achieve meaningful results.
- Elizabeth McCormick: As a former US Army Black Hawk Helicopter Pilot and renowned leadership speaker, Elizabeth draws from her military experience to inspire and empower attendees with her program "F.L.Y. First Lead Yourself".
