Position Overview:
We're seeking a driven and people-oriented Health & Life Insurance Advisor to join our team. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills, build lasting client relationships, and make a real impact—while developing your future in a supportive, mentorship-based environment.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE HEALTH & LIFE INSURANCE ADVISOR POSITION:

• Help individuals understand their insurance options, including Medicare, life, and supplemental health coverage.
• Conduct personalized needs assessments to ensure clients are matched with the right products.
• Build rapport with prospective clients through in-person meetings and outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up tasks.
• Stay current on insurance regulations, trends, and products.
• Embrace a supportive team culture—even while we’re small!

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A NEW EMPLOYEE:

• Learn Medicare basics (Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Supplements)
• Begin by handling inbound/outbound calls to learn the consultative sales process
• Set and complete 10–20 appointments per week during training phase
• Once trained, target 125 outbound calls or 5+ hours talk time daily
• Early goal: At least 5 enrollments or policy sales weekly
• Newly licensed
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
• A heart for helping people, especially those approaching retirement
• Self-starter mindset with strong time management
• Comfortable making outbound calls and setting appointments
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical service

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly pay – Base salary plus commissions
• Paid time off

• Monday to Friday
• In-person at our Wylie, Texas location
