Auntie Anne’s and Jamba are now hiring friendly, dependable team members for our Wylie location.

We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working with customers, preparing fresh food and beverages, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and provide excellent service.

Pay ranges from $10.00 to $15.00 per hour based on experience, availability, job responsibilities, and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Prepare pretzels, smoothies, bowls, drinks, and other menu items
• Take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Maintain clean workstations, equipment, dining areas, and storage areas
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging
• Work with team members to complete opening, closing, and daily store duties
• Handle customer questions and concerns respectfully
• Support the management team during busy periods

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to arrive on time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Food service or retail experience is preferred but not required
