Speaker Bio:
Lola Dada-Olley is an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at a global banking institution, where she leads the ADA legal team advancing accessibility and inclusion across consumer-facing products nationwide. A TEDx speaker and longtime advocate, she brings more than thirty years of lived caregiving experience as the mother of two autistic children and the sister of an autistic, intellectually disabled man. Her family’s journey was featured in Sensory Overload, a Vox Media documentary streaming on Hulu that explores sensory sensitivities and supportive environments for neurodivergent people. Lola is also the host of the Unapologetically Whole podcast and the author of the memoir Unapologetically Whole, which explores autism, caregiving, identity, and resilience. She lives in Plano with her husband, their children, and their Portuguese Water Dog, and brings a powerful blend of legal expertise, lived wisdom, and leadership rooted in compassion.
Vernessa Cole is a dynamic speaker and leadership strategist who helps women reconnect with their power and step fully into their capacity. With over two decades of experience, she blends high-performance leadership strategy with deep personal transformation to create change that is practical, sustainable, and impactful. Drawing on her background leading complex organizations and coaching executive teams, she brings both boardroom credibility and soul-level truth to every room she enters. Vernessa embodies her message—challenging women to stop containing their fire and start releasing it—with clarity, conviction, and tools leaders can immediately put into action.
