Join us for our monthly session of Yin + Nidra. Twenty minutes of yin yoga and forty minutes of yoga nidra. Yin yoga is gentle supported yoga with the intention of stretching deeply in the body. Yoga nidra translate to yogic sleep, a guided and accessible approach to meditation. This is free for our members with a $20 drop in for non-members.
