Vendor Registration will open Summer 2025.

Vendor Guidelines & Fees:
Food Vendor | $290 (Members save $40*)
- You must secure a Collin County Food Permit in advance, present it at check in, and display it at your booth. Includes 2 parking passes and 3 wristbands** for entry. Members save $40 at checkout when you log in with your registered email address.
- Please read Guidelines for Food Vendors before registering.
- We are no longer accepting applications for barbecue vendors, lemonade, snow cones, or soft serve.
- Selling Non-Food Merchandise | 10x10 reserved space (tent NOT included). If selling edible, food related items (soup/dip mixes, syrups, cupcakes, etc), please ensure you've contacted the Chamber office for approval (972-442-2804). Includes 2 parking passes and 3 wristbands** for entry. Members save $15 at checkout when you log in with your registered email address.

- We are no longer accepting applications for felt hat vendors or vendors selling light up toys.
- Promotional Only, No Sales | 10x10 reserved space (tent NOT included), promoting business or services. No onsite sales (excluding $1 water). Must provide a carnival game for attendees. Includes 2 parking passes and 3 wristbands** for entry. Members must log in with your registered email address.
- Please read Guidelines for Exhibitor Vendors before registering.
Guidelines are for your review. You'll be asked to agree and accept these terms during registration. These can be printed and kept for reference.
*Members: To receive your discount, you must complete the application using your registered email address. Discount will automatically apply at check out.
**Additional Wristbands can be purchased at check out for $5 each. Additional parking 9without a pass) can be found at Sanden International with a free shuttle service to Rodeo entrance.
Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments must be received by Tuesday, August 20, 2024!
Vendor Packets: Vendors will receive parking passes and parking instructions with their vendor packets. During registration, you can elect to have your packet mailed, or to pick up in person at the Wylie Chamber office the week preceding the event.

Parking after 5pm:
Vendors may need to use General Parking (with courtesy shuttle) if vendor parking is full, closed for pedestrians (after 5pm), or you have more cars than passes. You will NOT be able to exit the Vendor Parking Lot until after the event has ended each night. General Parking on Friday is at Sanden International (601 Sanden Blvd). General Parking on Saturday is at Wylie ISD Stadium (Home Team Parking Lot).
