Description
Kids dress in costume and trick-or-treat with local merchants in a controlled, safe environment. Wylie Parks and Rec hosts Glow in the Park at Olde City Park; activities include bungee trampoline, foam canon pit, zip line, and live DJ. Glow-in-the-dark swag, such as necklaces and wands, available for purchase. Victorian Haunt at Brown House. All events kid friendly.
