The Wylie News has been serving Wylie and the surrounding area since 1948. The newspaper is part of C&S Media, Inc. which also publishes The Farmersville Times, Murphy Monitor, The Princeton Herald, The Sachse News and In & Around Magazine.

The newspapers are published each week, both printed and e-editions, and In & Around Magazine is published (both print and e-edition) monthly with mailed printed distribution to over 70,000 homes and businesses.
