Working closely with each member of the Catapult Healthcare Team, the National Healthcare Recruiter role is to develop and cultivate relationships with healthcare clinicians and workers across the United States through the full recruitment cycle process including onboarding and compliance.  Must possess a positive and proactive attitude, solutions based mentality, and results oriented drive to the organization.  Will build strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates to successfully pair clinical and non-clinical healthcare providers to contract assignment opportunities in a variety of healthcare settings.  Must understand the market and how it may change day-to-day. Must be teachable and coachable, is willing to step out of their comfort zone to learn new skills and strategic approach and display consultative direction with all stakeholders through high levels of professional communication.
