DESCRIPTION:Come fun for a cause!  On November 23\, 2024\, you can run a 5k or walk a mile to connect orphans in Ethiopia to forever families.  Last year\, over 100 runners came together to raise more than $5000 and place 11 children into forever families in Ethiopia.  Sign up to run or be a sponsor to this event.  All runners get a t shirt and swag bag!\n\n100% of proceeds benefit Hope For The Fatherless!\n\n\n\n\nThere are an estimated 5.6 million children in Ethiopia missing one or both parents. Since 2016\, Hope for the Fatherless has been working to provide and support family solutions for these children through its group homes\, family sponsorships\, and IGA program. With the close of inter-country adoption in 2018\, HFTF has had the chance to participate in the growing movement towards domestic adoptions. Overall their vision is to see each of these precious children thriving in a family of their own and to see the a culture in Ethiopia of embracing  the beauty of adoption.
