SUMMARY:4th Annual 1LT Robert F. Welch III Run For Our Heroes
DESCRIPTION:Come join us as we honor all our heroes\, past and present\, with a 1 mile Fun Run/Walk or 5K Run/Walk. Registration begins at 7:30am and will take place on Jackson Street next to Olde City Park. There is no cost for participation\, but all proceeds raised at this event will go to benefit local veterans\, military\, firemen\, police officers\, and the educational needs in our community. A Vendor Fair will take place in Old City Park from 9-3pm (if interested in setting up a booth please contact the POCs below (Booth fee is $30 for a 10x10 space). There will be a FREE egg hunt starting at Noon. A FREE Lunch for all veterans\, military\, fire\, and police personnel and their families will be held from 11:00-1:00 pm at the Bart Peddicord Community Center located at 100 West Oak Street\, Wylie.
